Photography Services
Flat contract rate includes:
• Photographer’s time and equipment
• A CD burned with your images
• Delivery within 2 weeks of your event in most cases.
• Full rights to use, print, and reproduce the images for your personal use.
• Raw footage Video Available for an additional $299 (includes DVD).
Rates**
• $99 per hour, $99 minimum, for portraits and family photography sessions or ('house calls')
• $599 for short weddings or simple, 1-day photo shoots.
• We use short, simple to understand contracts with a guaranteed price, which are tailored to your needs and your event.

General Ordering Procedures
• Most orders delivered within 2 weeks.
• Cash, money order, cashier's check or personal check payment only. Checks require proper identification and verification of funds.
• Checks should be made to Keith's Travel Photos, Inc.
• Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed or a contract for services is signed.
• No refunds, returns or cancellation of orders permitted.
• All images may be ordered in any size print, framed or unframed, and mix and match card packs.
• In the case of checks returned for insufficient funds, a $50 fee will be applied in addition to amounts owed for purchases.
• Photographic images should not be exposed to excessive heat or sunlight.
• No guarantee is made with regard to the life of CDs, photographic images or prints.
• Our best efforts are made with regard to all photography services. Your payment to us is designed to be compensation for our time spent and our hours worked. We make every effort to avoid errors. However, errors such as equipment failure, inadvertent deletion of images, blurry photographs and other errors do occur on rare occasions. We do not offer refunds in such circumstances nor do we accept any liability.

KTP IMAGES (other than photography services such as weddings and portraits) ARE SUBJECT TO COPYRIGHT PROTECTION. NO RESALE OF KTP IMAGES IS PERMITTED WHATSOEVER and NO USE OF KTP IMAGES BY PURCHASER FOR OTHER THAN PERSONAL ENJOYMENT IS PERMITTED. ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF KTP IMAGES FOR PROFIT IS AUTHORIZED. PLEASE CONTACT US SHOULD YOU WISH TO PURCHASE THE RIGHT TO USE OF OUR IMAGES IN ANY MANNER WHICH EXCEEDS THIS UNDERSTANDING.
